Wallpaper Installation in Bucks County

A beautiful paper hung badly is a daily eyesore. Installation is a craft, and it is one KACE is known for.

The short version
Professional wallpaper and wallcovering installation across Bucks County. Precise seam matching, proper wall preparation, and design guidance from a NYIAD trained eye.
Wallpaper Installation by KACE Painting in Bucks County, PA
01The wall comes first
The surface is cleaned, repaired, and primed before a single strip goes up. Proper prep is what lets the paper adhere now and come off cleanly years from now without tearing the wall apart. Skip it and the paper bubbles or takes the drywall with it later.
02Patterns that line up
The difference between a professional install and a weekend project is the seams. Patterns are matched across every seam and around corners so the design reads as one continuous piece, not a grid of panels that almost line up.
03Every kind of paper
Traditional prints, grasscloth, textured wallcoverings, murals, and large repeat patterns that demand careful alignment. Because Kathy trained at NYIAD, we can also help you think through scale and placement before you order, so the paper suits the room instead of fighting it.
What it costs

Priced to the job, not a template.

Wallpaper installation is priced by wall area, the type of paper (some materials and patterns take far more labor to align), and the condition of the walls. Removing existing paper, if needed, is priced separately. We measure and give you a written estimate at no cost.

Questions

Common questions.

Do you supply the wallpaper or do I?

Either works. Many clients choose their own paper, and we are glad to advise on quantity and suitability before you order.

Do you prep the wall first?

Always. Cleaning, repair, and priming is what makes the paper adhere well and come off cleanly later.

Can you hang grasscloth and specialty papers?

Yes. We install traditional, grasscloth, textured, and specialty wallcoverings, each with the handling it needs.

How do you handle patterns at the corners?

Patterns are matched across seams and around corners so the design reads as continuous.
