Fallsington is one of the oldest villages in Pennsylvania, a colonial settlement that predates the country, and Historic Fallsington has kept buildings standing since the 1700s. Painting here is not the same job as painting a suburban colonial, and it should not be priced or prepped like one.
The historic core around Meetinghouse Square holds homes with genuine period detail: old plaster, hand milled trim, wavy glass, and layers of paint going back generations. That means careful prep, an eye for what not to strip, and color choices that suit an older home rather than fighting it. Kathy's NYIAD background matters more here than almost anywhere, because getting the palette wrong on a period home is glaring. Outside the historic district, the surrounding Falls Township homes are more conventional suburban work.
We are based in Bristol, minutes from Fallsington, which keeps us quick to quote and quick to start. Every job gets the same virtually dust free prep, the same clean finish, and the same NYIAD trained eye for color. And every estimate is free and written down before any work begins.
